Greece

As of late, I've found my self reminiscing and day dreaming about the Mediterranean and the islands of Greece. I've even gone as far as making a weeks worth of greek salad for my daily lunch. Perhaps it's the warm weather or local euro cafes in town, nonetheless I've gotten the itch for a vacation and Greece is where it needs to be scratched. 

Last year was truly remarkable staying in Crete and Santorini. Even though both are within a two hour speed boat ride a part, they are quite different. Each unique through the shade of the sea, architecture, and landscapes. I could use a refreshing frappe and fresh greek salad right about now.
