Had such a great time this past weekend running off with le boyfriend to the Hamptons for the day. The warmer weather has woken me up from the winter blues and it was time to getaway from it all and hit the beach.
First up - a little bubbly at my favorite Vineyard on the South Fork - Wölffer Estate Vineyard - at their Wine Stand. It was a gorgeous day and the plate of meats and cheeses hit the spot! We tried their Noblesse Oblige Sparkling Rose 2010 for the first time and were not disappointed. I love how each wine is named after one of their horses.
Afterward, we headed back to Southampton on the hunt for the house from Something's Gotta Give. I'm a huge fan of the movie and it has become a tradition to watch it every year once the summer season begins. Fun fact - the movie only shot scenes with the exterior of the house. All interior shots were actually sets filmed on stage. Nonetheless, the home is absolutely beautiful ...from a distance.
